1. What is Get Your Gadgets?
Get Your Gadgets is your one-stop shop for the latest trending gadgets and tech accessories. We specialize in curating unique, high-quality items delivered straight from our suppliers to your door.
2. Where are you located?
We are an Australian-based business, but our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to keep prices low and selections fresh.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on the product and your location. Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take a little longer during busy seasons.
4. Do you offer tracking on orders?
Yes! When you purchase and select with tracking option as your shipping ; once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way through our tracking page.
5. Why did I only receive part of my order?
To ensure faster delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately from different suppliers. Don’t worry — the rest of your items are on their way!
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee any changes.
7. What is your returns policy?
We offer returns on defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details.
8. Are your products covered by warranty?
Most of our items are not covered by manufacturer warranties. However, if you receive a faulty product, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship to Australia but do ship internationally as well.
